Deathcore bands

Deathcore blends death metal's brutality with metalcore's breakdowns and hardcore energy. It took off in the mid-2000s with bands like Suicide Silence, Whitechapel and Job for a Cowboy, built on low-tuned riffs, crushing breakdowns and vocals that swing between guttural lows and piercing highs. The modern scene has pushed into symphonic, blackened and technical territory.

Here are the deathcore bands on Metal TV, many of them independent acts you may not have heard yet. Watch their music videos, catch their newest releases and upcoming shows, and see which deathcore bands are on this week's chart.
