Advertise on Metal TV

Put your brand, release, label, event or shop in front of a metal audience. Ads are self-serve: you build it, pay securely, and once it is approved it goes live on the site. You need a free account with a confirmed email to run one.

Ad formats

• Banner – a wide strip under the live chat, around 1072 × 180 or wider (for example 1072 × 120). NZ$20 per week.
• Tile – a square shown under Active Genres. Best around 300 × 300. NZ$15 per week.

Both also appear as a dismissable corner ad while a viewer is in fullscreen. Duration is 1 to 8 weeks, paid up front. We are lenient on exact image dimensions; the builder shows a live preview of how it will look.

How to create one

1. Go to My Account → Promotions → Add Promotion and choose Advertisement.
2. Pick banner or tile and upload your image (the live preview updates as you go).
3. Add an optional heading and short description, and image alt text for accessibility.
4. Set the link the ad opens (where clicks go) and choose global or a single country.
5. Choose the number of weeks, then pay securely by card.

Review & going live

Every ad is checked before it shows. After payment your ad sits in pending approval; once an operator approves it, it starts displaying. If it is not approved it does not run and your payment is refunded in full (refunds can take a few days to appear). Keep ads honest and on-brand: no illegal, deceptive, adult or hateful content. Reporting

Track your ad under My Account → Promotions: status, run dates, spend, and lifetime impression and click counts. Note we sell time and placement, not a guaranteed number of impressions or clicks.
