Fallen Letters

About

Fallen Letters is a dynamic Progressive Rock/Metal band with strong Alternative Metal undertones, based in Bangalore, India, crafting a unique sound that resonates with fans of Blackfield, Deftones, Opeth, Katatonia and A Perfect Circle. Their music channels the essence of Prog Rock and Metal, blending haunting melodies with introspective lyricism to create a dark, atmospheric experience. Founded by Vishal Naidu (vocals, guitars, keys) and Aditya Ramesh (guitars, backing vocals), the band is further energized by Abhay Prakash (bass) and Mukund Narasimhan (drums), whose rhythmic finesse brings depth and vitality to their compositions. Together, Fallen Letters thrives on distinct perspectives and evocative songwriting, crafting melancholic sonic landscapes that linger long after the music ends. Their debut EP, Forlorn Pages (2024), introduced the band's cinematic approach to progressive metal, followed by their acclaimed debut full-length album, Mindfractures (2025). In 2026, the band released A Familiar Absence, a darker and heavier chapter in their evolving sound, earning editorial recognition from Prog Magazine and Metal Hammer as one of their Tracks of the Week. Driven by atmospheric storytelling, dynamic songwriting and a passion for pushing emotional boundaries, Fallen Letters continue to bring India's progressive metal scene to an international audience.
