ARAN PROG PROJECT is a Progressive Rock and Metal band based in Barcelona, founded in 2018 by Italian bassist, composer and producer Massimiliano “MarFi” Gentilini. Blending the complexity and atmosphere of Progressive Rock with the power of modern Progressive Metal, Aran Prog Project also draws from Jazz, Fusion and experimental music, creating a distinctive sound where technical musicianship serves the composition rather than the other way around. The project’s first conceptual album, "EVO – A Progressive Journey", explores the evolution of life and humanity through music, featuring more than 20 musicians from different countries. Since then, Aran Prog Project has continued developing its own identity through original compositions and live performances. With an experienced international lineup and a powerful, dynamic live show, Aran Prog Project brings ambitious progressive music to the stage without sacrificing energy, emotion or accessibility.
