About
The band stylizes its name as EpisThemE and calls their style "Math-Metal". Founded in May of 2010, based on an idea by bass player Riccardo Liberti. The project began as a studio-only band with songs written exclusively by Liberti. This was due to difficulties in finding additional musicians willing to perform live. Daniele Spagnulo joined in September 2010 and Francesco Coluzzi a few months after that. With this new line-up the band began to write new material. The band started to look for a singer in the early months of 2011, but was unsuccessful. For this reason they decided to continue writing songs without the help of a singer, to let the band grow and develop all the ideas. In August 2012 the band recruited Valentino Valenti on vocals, replaced in May 2013 by Luca Correnti.
